Monster win for Rock Art Brewery!
This isn’t about drinking, this is about small business in America.
In mid-September Rock Art brewery got a “cease and desist” letter from Hansen Beverage Company, the makers of Monster Energy Drink. The letter demanded Rock Art stop selling ‘The Vermonster’ beer and drop its efforts to get a federal beer trademark for The Vermonster.

It’s a spark! It’s an Atom, no it’s Super Collider!
Looks like the Large Hadron Collider is getting ready to fire up again. I’m not much of a geek, but I am really dorking out about this thing. There a lot of things in science that are pretty cool, but the magnanimous effort to smash atoms together to find a Big Bang is just sooo freaking cool…. Dark Matter? sounds so October.

Say it ain’t so, Will
What the hell is wrong with Will Smith? He’s about to remake The Karate Kid. Why? No seriously, wtf is he thinking? Some movies should just be left alone, you know what I mean? To make things worse, Mr. Miyagi’s character is going to be replaced by Jackie Chan. My dog can act better than Jackie Chan. This is really a sad day. Don’t get me wrong. It’s not like The Karate Kid was a theatrical masterpiece, but it certainly doesn’t need to be re-made. Not by Will Smith.
